While we strive to display accurate pricing, timber costs are subject to fluctuations based on government auction rates. Quotes generated for custom Pooja units, customized wardrobe spaces, or custom wood finishes are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of release.
We deliver to all 14 districts of Kerala. Standard delivery is handled by our private trucks. The customer must ensure that the building has sufficient clearances (door widths, stairwell turns, elevator capacities) to carry the furniture units. Up-to-floor carriage might attract additional loading charges if stairs above the second floor are involved.
We provide a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects, including joint separations, wood borers, and termite warping. The warranty does not cover fabric discoloration, scratches from domestic pets, or warping caused by keeping solid wood in waterlogged rooms.
