The Journey of Kerala Artisans
Founded over thirty years ago in the timber-rich region of Malappuram, Kerala, our factory began as a small custom carpentry yard. Our mission has always been simple: to craft furniture of uncompromising structural durability.
Unlike typical furniture retailers who buy pre-assembled items from overseas, we manage the entire lifecycle. From choosing the seasoned Nilambur teak and rosewood to drying the timber in our factory kilns, we ensure every detail meets our standards.
Today, our workshops house over 50 skilled traditional carpenters alongside advanced machinery, supplying B2B dealers and retail homes across all 14 districts of Kerala.

Our Four-Stage Manufacturing Process

Log Selection
We hand-select mature timber logs, primarily A-Grade Nilambur Teak and dense Mahogany, from sustainably managed government depots.

Kiln Seasoning
Logs are sawn and cured in our kiln chambers to reduce moisture to 8-12%, ensuring the wood will not warp during monsoons.

Artisan Joinery
Skilled woodworkers construct structural frames using traditional mortise-and-tenon joints, ensuring lifetime joinery strength.

Multi-coat Finish
Every unit is finely sanded and sprayed with four coats of Italian PU sealers, providing a water-resistant, premium touch.
Sustainable Curing
Only seasoned mature hardwoods. No cheap particle boards or rubberwood overlays.
